Poison. I knew she was poison when I met her,
Her eyes were cold and body was slender.
She walked with a grace that could deceive,
But her darkness was something to believe.
Her lips whispered secrets, her touch was cold,
Her presence made me feel lesser, as if I was sold.
She crept into my soul, a toxin seeping deep,
Her aura was intoxicating, something I couldn't keep.
I awoke in the night, gasping for air,
Her image was there, haunting my nightmare.
Her fingers dug deep, clawing at my soul,
Her voice was like a serpent, sly and cold.
The poison had spread, consuming my soul,
I was trapped in a web, no longer whole.
The pain was unbearable, I could not flee,
For I had succumbed to her, a demon in me.
Poison. I knew she was poison when I met her,
Now I'm trapped forever, my fate sealed with her.
The horror of her power, a fate worse than death,
For I will always be under her spell, until my last breath.
